  1. Be flexible and realistic 

Always be in the real world . Do not over assume . There are many students who overestimate what they can accomplish in a day. When they don’t manage to complete everything they intended to, they get discouraged and lose motivation.

So be realistic when you plan your day, and assume that there will be a few distractions when you will be working..

Typically, allow around 8-10 hours a day for working, studying, socializing and anything else practical you need to do.

If ever you feel that you are not willing to work  …spare sometime …. Go for a walk or listen to the music and resume back to work . You will find that you are more focused now .If you will keep such realistic aspects in you planning it will easy to follow  .
